1.1 Account & Registration Information
When you create an account, we collect:

1.2 Payment Information
When you purchase a course or subscription, we collect billing details to process your payment. We use Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or UPI credentials on our servers. We retain billing name and contact information, transaction ID, amount, purchase records, and Razorpay order and payment identifiers.
1.3 Learning Activity Data
To deliver and personalise your learning experience, we collect courses enrolled in, completed, and in progress; quiz scores, assessment results, and progress milestones; and time spent on lessons and modules.
1.4 Technical & Usage Data
We automatically collect certain technical data when you use the App, including device type, operating system, and browser; IP address and approximate location (state/city level within India); app version and session duration; and cookies and similar tracking technologies.

We do not transfer your personal data outside India. Our third-party service providers, including Razorpay, also operate and store relevant data within India.
Children's Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at projectshift.app@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

Account Deletion
You have the right to delete your Project Shift account at any time. Upon requesting account deletion:
Profile & Personal Data
Permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days of the request.
Learning Activity Data
All progress records and course enrolments associated with your account will be deleted.
Payment Records
Retained for 7 years as required by Indian financial regulations, even after account deletion.
You will lose access to any purchased courses, certificates, and saved content. This action is irreversible.
To delete your account, send a written request to projectshift.app@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will confirm receipt within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. If you have any active subscriptions, we recommend cancelling them before submitting a deletion request.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy in the App with a revised effective date, and by sending an email notification to your registered email address.
Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
